Own Thumbnail Design for YouTube and Campaigns

What You Will Do
- Design clean, premium thumbnails that drive clicks and match the video’s tone.
- Build concepts quickly from concise or detailed briefs; present 2–3 refined options when required.
- Execute photo manipulation, compositing, cut-outs, lighting, and text hierarchy with precision.
- Iterate rapidly based on direct feedback and performance data.
- Maintain brand systems — grids, color, typography, file structure, naming, and exports.
- Deliver final assets on time across all required formats (YouTube, Shorts/Reels, banners).
- Collaborate with editors, writers, and marketing teams on hooks, titles, and A/B tests.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong work ethic and consistent output quality.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
- Advanced photo manipulation and compositing skills.
- Strong understanding of layout, contrast, color, typography, and spacing.
- Conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- High feedback tolerance with fast turnaround capability.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Ideogram, Midjourney, or equivalents.
Good to Have
- Basic motion or export capability for Shorts.
- Familiarity with creator, tech, or gaming aesthetics.
- Understanding of CTR, A/B testing, and thumbnail analytics.
Tools & Workflow
- Primary: Adobe Photoshop.
- Structured asset library with smart objects and non-destructive edits.
- Clear version control and delivery packs (PSD + web exports).
